Private & Cooperate Yoga Wellness sessions

We offer private group yoga sessions for school staff wellness. We also offer yoga wellness sessions for school children at both primary and secondary level. (I hold a PGCE Secondary Education).

 

We offer private group bookings for clubs and company organisations to cater for health and wellness needs.

 

We also now offer private paddleboard yoga sessions bringing you wellness on the water for small groups of 4 (minimum) and groups of up to 12 (maximum).

 

We can also offer private day or afternoon wellness retreats.
